The firewood processor ALTO KSK-50 is small in size but big in performance.

Despite its small dimensions, it is an efficient and comfortable machine for processing firewood. The machine has one large cover, which makes it comfortable to operate. ALTO KSK-50 is equipped with a 13-inch saw bar, which cuts logs up to 30 cm in diameter, with a maximum firewood length of 50 cm. The machine has an easy-to-operate feed roller as standard. The saw feed and the feed roller are controlled with the same lever.

Each customer can configure their own machine. All accessories are attached with bolted joints. The drawbar and axle of the towable firewood processor are bolted on and street-legal. The power source can be a petrol engine or an electric motor. Saw chain lubrication is automatic, and the oil amount can be adjusted to the log diameter.

The firewood processor is equipped with a special accelerator valve, which regulates the force and speed of the cylinder according to the strength and length of the wood. Thinner wood is split faster. With thicker logs, the machine applies full force at the start of the split and accelerates later. The splitting cycle of ALTO KSK-50 is 3 seconds, which is one of the fastest among machines of this kind.

A longer 3.8 m conveyor, a 2.5 m in-feed conveyor and a log lifter can be ordered as optional equipment.

All ALTO KSK-50 road models have EU type approval. The machine can be registered in all EU countries and driven on the road at 90 km/h.
