The material spreader bucket ALTO AA-1,2 is ideal equipment for wheel loaders to spread various materials evenly: concrete, asphalt and loose fill (sand, rubble, gravel, soil, salt etc.).
The bucket makes it easy to transport various materials, such as concrete, asphalt and loose fill (sand, gravel, soil, salt, wood chips etc.), and feed them evenly onto the conveyor belt. The bucket is emptied sideways by means of the conveyor belt; the exact quantity of material is controlled by the speed of the carrier vehicle and the conveyor belt. It is a fast and accurate alternative to a wheel loader. Unlike a conventional wheel loader with a bucket, it does not need a lot of space to turn, and the material is spread evenly. The speed of the conveyor belt can be adjusted to the nature of the work and the material being spread.
The bucket is filled either by tipping directly from a truck, by picking up material itself from a pile that has been tipped on the ground, or by another wheel loader. The quick coupler of the wheel loader is fixed to the bucket with a bolted joint. The quick couplers are interchangeable and can be changed to suit the loader brand.
