The vacuum hose lifter ALTO VTH is ideal equipment for wheel loaders to install kerbstones on roads, squares and sidewalks. Paving stones and slabs can be installed as well.
With the vacuum hose lifter, one worker can install heavy concrete and granite kerbstones easily, lightly and quickly. Vacuum pads are available for installing different stones and slabs. The vacuum pad is easy to change, as the device has a quick coupling. In one day, one worker with the device installs twice as many kerbstones as two workers by hand.
The vacuum hose lifter runs on the loader's hydraulic system. The lifter can be attached to the fork frame of a wide variety of loaders.
The control lever of the lifter is operator-friendly and ergonomic. The worker's back is straight and the feet are kept away from the stone being lifted. In addition, the stone can be picked up from the other edge of the pallet, so there is less walking around the pallet. The control lever also has a vacuum gauge, so the worker can monitor the operation and condition of the lifter.
Moving the crane boom up, down, right and left is hydraulic. The lifter has been designed so that no supports protrude from the sides where a worker could get caught. The frame has a slot for the control lever, so it can easily be stowed during transport.
